How payment works

When you create an event, you are redirected to a Stripe Checkout page to complete payment. LiveTranslate never stores your card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe.

Refund policy: A full refund is available if you request it before the event has started. Once the event is live, no refund is issued. To request a refund, contact us at support@livetranslate.app.

VAT

Prices are quoted in EUR. VAT is included where applicable under EU/Romanian law. VAT receipts are available on request — email us at support@livetranslate.app with your event details and billing address.
